Well, over two decades, we might have done almost everything. Here, a saxophone player and a violinist took the their routine on the dance floor to serenade the couple for their first dance. Slick ei!!!

Frenz, one of our premiere saxophone players, is joined by Oliver, our in-house violin and cello player, to serenade the couple with the song “Can’t Help Falling In Love”.

The couple got our Seven Piece Band to enjoy both the saxophone and the violin in their line-up of artists.

Featured Event

It is truly awesome to be on stage. The exhilarating experience is like a natural drug that numbs your senses.

Yet, what overtakes that experience?

Being appreciated for the job you’ve done on stage!

In this video, our heart melts for Joseph Hizon and his Wife for their appreciation of our team. Joseph Hizon is the owner of Hizons Catering and he told us that after going through a lot of recommendations, he landed with our band because of our jazz influence.

Prayer To My Angel

Helplessness… It is a man’s greatest fear. When he cannot be there physically for the person he love, what else can he do. Have faith… The very best thing one man can do is to send the divinity that keeps him safe. He can say this prayer that we wrote on how to send your angel to the person you love.

April Throwback: Senakulo

Josh Roque and Rachelle Fontanilla, lead artists of The Sentimental Groove also led the Senakulo 2023 which was the premiere or initial run of the group called “Kabataang Senakulista ng Mandaluyong” or “KaSaMa”.

The greatest story ever told is about the passion and death of Christ. Here, it was told by KaSaMa for the first time and with a young cast. Yet, after all the colors and hues, why do these young individuals put blood, sweat, and tears to give you the Senakulo? Well, it is just a reminder that Jesus loves us.

Pieta: “Mananatili Ka”

Rachelle, despite being heavily loaded with roles, managed to learn the song in just a couple of days. On the day of the performance, despite the challenges that were presented to her, such as having no technical rehearsals with the band, no monitor speakers, no voice effects, and no clear view of the musicians to help guide her, Rachelle and her music have created a scene that left a mark on the audience.

RAW ORIGINALS

“My Peaceful Place” is about an embrace. A simple embrace that is so pure that none can ever take its place. No fame or glory, wisdom or wealth, can ever be an equal. It is where we run to, where we hide, where we are vulnerable. Vulnerable to the honesty of our heart. No exaggeration of the truth, instead, a simple entanglement yet not to be released. An embrace that will reside in us until our very last breath.

Indie-Movie Sound Track

“Unsung Lullaby” is a song we’ve written to describe a love left to bleed for losing the inspiration and reason of its existence. This describes different art forms that was either unfinished or gone forever. Yet, recording it has given it a new life. A director-producer heard the song and wanted it to be the theme song of his indie-movie. This song is dedicated to him.

Rest in Peace, my dear friend. Mark Shandii Bacolod (September 17, 1984 – June 8, 2022)
